Our breakfast buffet at Weinforum Franken is a favourite with hotel guests and has become a local tip. Bianca and her team prepare regional treats: daily bread from the Falltor-Bäck opposite, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, smoked fish, antipasti, cereals, fruit, croissants and rolls. In our vinothek you will find over 120 selected wines from the best wineries in Mainfranken plus a large selection of French and more. Our sommeliers work with regional merchants and renowned wineries. The vinothek is open daily independently of the restaurant; we advise 14:00–19:00. A cosy table for up to 20 is ideal for guided or private tastings and private events. Single bottles, cases or by the car load – selected top wines at winery prices.
